Exchanges & Returns – Luxury Handmade Bags & Designer Clutches

At Attosa by Tanaisha Parabia, we take pride in offering luxury handmade bags, bridal clutches, and designer purses, crafted by skilled artisans from India and across the world. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, each piece is unique and may have slight variations, especially in natural stones, pearls, and embroidery work. These variations are a reflection of the artistry behind every purse.

📌 Before Placing Your Order: Kindly review the measurements and details of your selected bridal bags, party purses, or wedding handbags to ensure the perfect fit for your occasion. Every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before being dispatched.

When Can You Exchange or Return?

Exchanges and returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✔️ Your order was lost during transit.
✔️ You received the wrong product.
✔️ Your product was damaged upon arrival.

Steps to Exchange or Return:

1️⃣ Notify Us: Email customercare@attosa.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Send a Photo & Video: Attach a photo and video of the damaged or incorrect product in your email. Our Quality Control team will assess your request.
3️⃣ Approval: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup at no extra cost. The product must be unused, in its original packaging.
4️⃣ Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will:
✔️ Send a replacement or correct product.
✔️ Issue a credit for the same amount, valid for 4 months, to your Attosa by Tanaisha Parabia account.

Important Notes:

🚫 We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:
❌ Incorrect or outdated addresses.
❌ Refused packages.
❌ Used or damaged products.
❌ Minor variations in color, design, or embellishments.
❌ Products that are not faulty or damaged.

⚠️ Lost or damaged orders that were not reported within 15 days of placing the order will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
